Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bears & Bulls GO. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us through the contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The service may display securities prices, charts, company information, ETF holdings, analyst targets, ratios, news-derived information, artificial-intelligence summaries, community sentiment, and user predictions. Data may come from third-party providers including Financial Modeling Prep, Finnhub, and Alpha Vantage.

Market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. AI-generated content may contain errors or omit important context. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, availability, or fitness of any information shown.

Bears & Bulls GO is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, fiduciary, or tax adviser. The service does not execute trades or hold customer funds. Investing can result in loss, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for researching and evaluating any decision and, when appropriate, consulting a qualified professional.

You may be able to publish predictions, comments, profile information, reactions, or other material (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Bears & Bulls GO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post your User Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Community opinions belong to their authors and are not endorsed or verified by Bears & Bulls GO.

We may review, restrict, label, remove, or preserve User Content, but we are not required to monitor everything posted. Content may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

You may not use the service to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
• publish spam, scams, malware, illegal material, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• manipulate community sentiment, coordinate deceptive market activity, or falsely present paid promotion as an independent opinion;
• scrape, copy, resell, or systematically extract the service or licensed market data except where expressly permitted by law;
• bypass access controls, probe security, overload the service, automate account creation, or interfere with another user;
• use the service or its content to violate securities laws or any other applicable law.

The service, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Bears & Bulls GO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Company names, ticker symbols, logos, market data, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

The service relies on or may link to third parties, including authentication, hosting, database, AI, analytics, and market-data providers. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, data, outages, or actions.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the service or our contact page. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, harm to another person, or discontinuation of the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and responsibility for prior conduct—will survive.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, or the service itself. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact information before it takes effect when required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bears & Bulls GO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or investment losses arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bears & Bulls GO and its operators from claims, damages, obligations, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, unlawful use of the service, or material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about your use of the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
